We are a full-service residential landscape design-build firm. We specialize in mid-to-large residential landscape projects. While we don't publish a strict minimum, our design-build process is best suited for projects starting around $15,000–$20,000. If you have a smaller scope in mind, reach out and we'll let you know honestly whether it's a fit or point you in the right direction.

It depends on the scope. A patio or hardscape project typically takes one to three weeks of installation time once work begins. Larger projects involving multiple elements — pools, retaining walls, lighting, plantings, and outdoor structures — can run four to eight weeks or more. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the design phase and keep you informed throughout. Weather and material lead times can affect scheduling, particularly in the spring and fall.

Both — and keeping them together is one of our biggest advantages. Our team handles the full process: design, planning, permitting where required, and installation. Yes. While Landscape Specialties is fully capable of executing your entire outdoor project end-to-end — and we believe the best results come from one integrated team managing design, sequencing, and installation — we understand that you may already have relationships with other contractors, or have portions of your project separately contracted. We're experienced at coordinating with pool builders, deck contractors, outdoor kitchen installers, and others to ensure the work integrates seamlessly. We'll communicate directly with your other contractors, align on sequencing, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Several of our clients have successfully completed complex multi-contractor projects this way, and the results speak for themselves.

Yes. Landscape Specialties stands behind everything we install. We offer a one-year warranty on all plantings — if any plants are dead or not thriving within the first year, we'll replace them.
